1.Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of usmle.tech (the “Service”), operated by the usmle.tech team (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2.The Service

usmle.tech is an educational question bank for USMLE® Step 1, Step 2 CK, and Step 3 preparation. Questions are verified by a consensus of AI models, cited to medical literature, and reviewed by clinicians. The Service is a study aid only.

3.Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

4.Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Paid plans are billed annually in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription automatically renewseach year at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime from your account’s billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the paid term. Prices may change with notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

5.Refunds

Except where required by law, annual subscriptions are non-refundable once the term begins. As a goodwill policy, we will refund a new subscription within 7 days of purchase on request to support@usmle.tech, provided the account has had limited usage. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
